Councilmember Beyer moved the adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 91-04-088 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT 0296 RELATED TO WMMI'S REQUEST <br />FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A GROUNDWATER PUMP OUT AND <br />i', ':!'!~TMENT SYSTEM. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />That Waste Management of Minnesota, Inc. hereinafter referred to as "WMMI" <br />has applied to the City of Ramsey ("City") for a conditional use permit (CUP) <br />to allow the following use: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Use land currently zoned industrial for the construction and operation of <br />a groundwater pump-out and treatment system as part of the remedial <br />action necessary for WMMI's existing sanitary landfill. <br /> <br />That WMMI appeared before the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission for <br />a public hearing pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code on <br />April 2, 1991 and that said public hearing was properly advertised. Notice of <br />said public hearing was published in the City's legal newspaper, Anoka County <br />Union and mailed notices of the public hearing were sent at least ten days prior <br />to the public hearing to property owners within 350 feet of the outer <br />boundaries of the property in question. <br /> <br />m <br /> <br />That minutes of the public hearing are referenced and incorporated herein as if <br />fully set forth at this point. <br /> <br />That the property for which WMMI seeks the conditional use permit is legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />The property of request is known as the Anoka Regional <br />Sanitary Landfill, located in the SE 1/4 of Section 22 and <br />the NE 1/4 of Section 27, Township 32 North, Range 25 <br />West, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> <br />
