Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #91-05-098 RESOLUTION OFFERING CITY ADMINISTRATOR POSITION TO RYAN SCHROEDER WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey posted and advertised the position of City Administrator in salary grade 8; and WHEREAS, eighty-eight (88) letters of application and resumes were received for the position; and WHEREAS, nine (9) applicants were interviewed for the position by the Search Committee; and WHEREAS, three (3) finalists were interviewed by the full City Council, Supervisors, Department Heads and persons from Commissions on April 8 and 9, 1991; and WHEREAS, the City Council offered the position of City Administrator to finalist Ryan Schroeder with a starting date of June 3, 1991 at an annual salary of $47,000, and other agreements as specifically stated in the Employment Agreement; and WHEREAS, Ryan Schroeder accepted the position of City Administrator and will begin employment with the City of Ramsey on June 3, 1991. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby confLrms the offer of employment to Ryan Schroeder and his acceptance of the position of City Administrator in salary grade 8 to begin on June 3, 1991 at a salary of $47,000 annually, and other agreements as specifically stated in the Employment Agreement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Beyer and upon voted being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereofi Mayor Gilbertson Councilmember Peterson Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Hardin Councilmember Cich and the following voted against the same: Nolle and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None
