Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #91-05-099 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING SURPLUS PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING <br />PUBLIC SALE BY SEALED BID <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey owns the following items that it has no further use for: <br /> <br />1. 22" Sycamore 3.5 HP push lawn mower <br />2. 19" Jacobsen 2 cycle Sno-Burst snowblower <br />3. Xerox 620 Series Memorywriter typewriter <br />4. 6" Berkley pump with Ford engine <br />5. 2000 ft. 10" aluminum irrigation pipe <br />6. Tar kettle <br />7. Electric garage door openers (4) <br />8. Fertilizer spreader - 3 point <br />9. Ford sickle mower <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />l) <br /> <br />That the aforementioned items are hereby declared surplus and the City Administrator is <br />authorized to dispose of said property by public sale with sealed bids. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilberton <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Hardin <br />Councilmember Cich <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 14th day of May, 1991. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
