Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #91-05-101 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE CITY OF RAMSEY COMPREHENSIVE PARK <br />PLAN UPDATE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Commission of the City of Ramsey has discussed <br />a Comprehensive Parks Plan update and recommended adoption of the Comprehensive Parks and <br />Open Space Plan; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the public interest to adopt such plan for the future development of <br />the City of Ramsey; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the public was offered opportunity to comment on specific park <br />development at Park and Recreation Commission meeting: and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on May 14, 1991 on the Comprehensive Parks <br />Plan. <br /> <br />NOW TItEREFORE, IT BE RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />l) <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby adopts the Ramsey Comprehensive <br />Parks and Open Space Plan dated April 4, 1991, as its official park development plan for <br />the City of Ramsey <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Hardin <br />Councilmember Cich <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 14th day of May, 1991. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
