Counc~lmember Hardin Introduced the tollowlng resolution and moved tor ~ts adoption: RESOLUTION #91-05-104 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #91-01 (EXTENSION OF SANITARY SEWER AND WATER FROM R35-32-25-31-0008 TO THE EASTERN CITY BOUNDARY) WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 22nd day of January, 1991 set a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of water and sewer extension from R35- 32-25-31-0008 to the eastern City boundary (Improvement Project #91-01); and WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following, the public hearing; and WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 27th day of February, 1991 at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1) That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted the 22nd day of January, 1991. 2) That Mr. Steven J. Jankowski, P.E., City Engineer, is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement, The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Cich and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gilbertson Councilmember Hardin Councilmember Cich Councilmember Peterson Councilmember Beyer and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 14h day of May, 1991. //~,~5:~~. ~~~_ ATTEST: ~7or City Administrator
