Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #91-05-107 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADJUSTMENT TO ESCROW ACCOUNT <br />#804304 ALUMINUM RECYCLING, INC. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Budget Committee met on May 14, 1991 and reviewed the status of <br />charges and payments to the Escrow Account #804304 established to separately identify charges <br />and payments for a conditional use permit application received from Aluminum Recycling, Inc.; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this conditional use permit application for a recycling business to be located <br />at 14280 Sunfish Lake Blvd. N.W. was subsequently withdrawn; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the time of withdrawal, charges to the account totaled $4,419.64 and <br />payments made of $1,445.92 resulted in a balance due the City of Ramsey of $2,973.72; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Budget Committee recommended the Council approve crediting Escrow <br />Account #804304 in the amount of $2,973.72 with $891.00 charged to General Fund Consulting <br />Engineering for research on the City Ordinance g00-5, $1,041.36 charged to General Fund <br />Consulting Engineering services and $1,041.36 charged to the account of Hakanson Anderson <br />Associates, Inc. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby directs the Finance Officer to credit Escrow Account #804304 <br />in the amount of $2,973.72 with charges expensed as detailed within this resolution. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby directs the Finance Officer to notify Aluminum Recycling, <br />Inc. of this adjustment on account. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Beyer <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Hardin <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Cich <br /> <br /> <br />
