The West 20 feet of the East 220 feet of the South 1,386 feet of the West half of <br />the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, lying northerly of <br />the centefline of County Road No. 5, as the same is now laid out and traveled, <br />except that part taken for highway by Anoka County on July 4, 1973. <br /> <br />4. That the subject property is approximately 27.06 acres in size. <br /> <br />5. That the subject property is currently zoned B-1 Business and R-1 Urban Residential. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That the subject property is surrounded by B-1 Business, R-1 Urban Residential and <br />R-3 Urban Residential zoning. <br /> <br />7. That churches are not a permitted use on B-1 Business property. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That the Applicants have requested that the subject property be rezoned to R-3 Urban <br />Residential to permit the development of a church on same as a permitted use. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That the proposed rezoning will not substantially impair the use or market value of <br />any surrounding property. <br /> <br />10. That the proposed rezoning will not change the essential character of the area. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Peterson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor James Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br />Councilmember Sheila Beyer <br />Councilmember Glen Hardin <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Richard Cich <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 28th day of May, 1991. <br /> <br /> Ma?or <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
