Councilmember Beyer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #91-06-126 RESOLUTION COMMENDING FINANCE OFFICER SANDRA ASHLEY HELLING WHEREAS, on January 22, 1991 the City Council appointed Finance Officer Sandra Ashley Helling 'Acting City Administrator' until the vacant position of City Administrator was filled; and WHEREAS, Mrs. Ashley Helling performed the duties of Acting City Adn-dnistrator in addition to her regular duties as Finance Officer during the months of January, February, March, April, and May of 1991; and WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes and appreciates Mrs. Ashley Helling's commitment to the City of Ramsey. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby commends Finance Officer Sandra Ashley Helling in the performance of her duties of Acting City Administrator, in addition to the duties of the Finance Officer, during the months of January, February, March, April and May of 1991. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Cich and upon voted being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gilbertson Councilmember Beyer Councihnember Cich Councilmember Hardin and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: Councihnember Peterson whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the Il. th day of June, 1991.
