/Mayor Gflbertson <br />' Councilmember Hardin <br /> Councilmember Beyer <br /> Councilmember Cich <br /> <br />Councilmember Hardin introduced the following resolution and mov&l for its adoption:. <br /> <br />  RESOLUTION #91-06-139 <br />RESOLIJTION (,RANTING' FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF THE HUNTER!S/. <br />RIDGE P~U.D. <br /> \ <br /> WHEREAS, ~ Carr, hereafter refe=ed to as "Developer", has properly applied for plat <br />approval on the ~llowing descfib~ property locat~ in ~e City of R~sey: . <br /> The Southe~stX Quarter of Section 7, Township 32, Range 25, Anok,~;County, <br /> Minnesota ~ <br /> - and - 'X <br /> The Southwest QuOter of the Southwest Quarter of Se~)t~n 8, Township 32, <br /> Range 25, Anoka Cofi.~ty, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on tober 12, 1989, the City ~eived application and sketch plan <br />from Irv Cart for Cart Addition P~.D.; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey ~'Krk and RecreatioffCommission met on October 12, 1989 <br />and November 9, 1989 and recommefl~ed that land,of combination of land and cash be used to <br />satisfy park dedication requirements; andN ,/" <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Plannin~xand/Zoning Commission met on November 6, 1989, <br />and conducted a public hearing on Ca~ Add~6n P.U.D. and on December 4, 1989 recommended <br />preliminaw plat approval of Ca~ Addition ~.:U~D.; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey C~ty/Counc~met on December,19, 1989 and approved the <br />preliminary plat for Cart Addition P.~. as pe~the City Engineer s review dated October 31, <br />1989, Park and Recreation Commission reco~m~dations dated October 12 and November 9, <br />1989, returning the P.U.D. to Plan~,.i.6g and ~n~g C~ission for a pre-final plat review; and <br /> WHEREAS, in AprilcJ'990, the developer fi}~d for final plat approval and changed the <br />name of the proposed plat fi'o[ff'Carr Addition to Hunter'~Ridge P.U.D.; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Elhnning and Zoning conducted aNpre-final plat review on May 7, 1991 <br />and recommended final pi'at approval of Hunter's Ridge P.U.~. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE', BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CI ~COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, AN?OKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the ~4msey City Council hereby grants final plat approval for Hunter's Ridge P.U.D. <br /> in acc~[dhnce with relevant City Codes. <br />The motion,~r the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly se?~ded by Councilmember <br />Beyer an~d'pon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thero~f: <br /> <br /> <br />
