Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #91-06-142 RESOLUTION APPROVING PARTIAL PAYMENT TO I)RESEL CONTRACTING, INC. FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #89-4 WItEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on August 28, 1990; and WIIEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution #90-08-285 awarding the bid to Dresel Contracting, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Project #89-4; and WIIEREAS, Consulting Engineer Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommended partial payment to Dresel Contracting, Inc. in the amount of $103,621.25. NOW TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEI) BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIlE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Dresel Contracting, Inc. for the construction of Improvement Project #89~4 in the amount of $103,621.25. 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor of City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial payment. 3) That the total amount of this partial payment in not included in Resolution #91-06-140 approving payment of the bills for the month of June, 1991. 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department to provided a signed copy of this resolution. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Hardin and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gilbertson Councilmember Peterson Councilmember Hardin Councilmember Cich Councilmember Beyer and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the AT S : -x::it?i Administrator
