Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION g91-06-146 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #90-14 (TRUNK SANITARY SEWER AND <br />WATERMAIN FOR THE WOOD POND HILLS, FLEISCHER'S 2ND, <br />WINDEMERE WOODS, CHESTNUT HILLS, CEDAR HILLS AND CHESTNUT <br />PONDS ADDITIONS) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted March 27, <br />1990, a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. <br />with reference to Trunk Sanitary Sewer and Watermain for the Wood Pond Hills, Fleischer's 2nd, <br />Windemere Woods, Chestnut Hills, Cedar Hills and Chestnut Ponds Additions); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on April 24, 1990 <br />which report indicates the following: <br /> <br />Estimated total cost of project $1,200,300.00 <br />Estimated total assessment per unit <br /> (individual property cos0 $ 2,299.43 <br />Estimated annual assessment per unit $ 358.25 <br /> 10 year term $ 591.18 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of Trunk Sanitary Sewer <br />and Watermain in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all <br />or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at an <br />estimated total cost of the improvement of $1,200,300.00 <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That on May 22, 1990, Resolution g90-05-153 passed by Council after a public hearing <br />ordering plans and specifications for Project g90-14. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on July 9, 1991 in the <br />Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator <br />shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by <br />law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Hardin and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Hardin <br />Councilmember Cich <br />Councilmember Beyer <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
