Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #91-06-147 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A HEARING ON <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #90-19 (LATERAL SANITARY AND STORM <br />SEWER, WATER UTILITIES, AND BITUMINOUS SURFACING FOR THE <br />PROPOSED SUBDIVISION OF CEDAR HILLS ADDITION) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted April 24, <br />1990, a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., <br />with reference to lateral sanitary and storm sewer, water utilities, and bituminous surfacing for the <br />proposed subdivision of Cedar Hills Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on May 8, 1990, <br />which report indicates the following: <br /> <br />Estimated total cost of project <br />Estimated total assessment per unit <br />Estimated annual assessment per unit <br /> 5 year term <br /> <br />$676,000.00 <br />$ 8,229.25 <br /> <br />$ 2,115.74 <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements of water and sewer laterals, <br />storm sewer and bituminous surfacing of such subdivision in accordance with the report <br />and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement <br />pursuant to the Ramsey City Charter at an estimated total cost of the improvement of <br />$676,000.00. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That on June 12, 1990, the City Council held a public hearing on Improvement Project <br />#90-19 approving the phasing plan for Cedar Hills Addition and on August 12, 1990 <br />passed Resolution g90-08-258 ordering preparation of plans and specifications. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 9th day of July, <br />1991 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:00 p.m. and the City <br />Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as <br />required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Hardin and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Hardin <br />Councilmember Cich <br />Councilmember Beyer <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
