Councilmember Beyer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #91-06-152 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF SIBBEL ADDITION WHEREAS, Wemer Sibbel, hereafter referred to as "Developer" has properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: The Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 21, Township 32, Range 25. Except the following two described tracts: No. 1: The South 263 feet of the West 166 feet of the said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter as measured along the west and south lines thereof. No. 2: The South 263 feet of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter which lies east of the west 326 feet thereof. Together with the following three described tracts: No. 1: The east 400 feet of the west 1120 feet of the south 263 feet of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 21. No. 2: That part of the south 263 feet of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 231 which lies easterly of the west 1120 feet thereof. No. 3: The South Half of the South Half of the North Three Quarters of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25 which lies westerly of the center line of County Road No. 56 The West 394 feet of the east 994.13 feet of the south 263 feet of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 21 as measured along the west and south lines thereof. AND WHEREAS, on May 13, 1991, the City received application and sketch plan from Wemer Sibbel for Sibbel Addition; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on June 4, 1991 and approved the sketch plan of Sibbel Addition and directed the subdivider to proceed to the final plat stage; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on June 13, 1991 and recommended that cash be accepted to satisfy park dedication requirements. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Sibbel Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes.
