Councilmember Hardin introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #91-07-158 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE OF <br />CRACK FILLING PROGRAM AND THE <br />1991 CRACK FILLING PROGRAM <br /> <br />WORK ORDER NO. 1 TO THE 1991 <br />FINAL PAY ESTIMATE FOR THE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey entered into an agreement with <br />Bergman Companies, Inc. of Eau Claire, Wisconsin for the completion of the 1991 Crack Filling <br />Program on April 23rd, 1991; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the revised contract amount including Change Orders Number 1 is <br />$13,531.70; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Contractor has satisfactorily completed the required work for the 1991 <br />Crack Filling Program; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended final payment to Bergman Companies, <br />Inc. for the 1991 Crack Filling Program. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby authorizes Change Order No. 1 for the 1991 Crack Filling <br />Program in the amount of $1,820.00. <br /> <br />2) That the City Council hereby authorizes City Administrator to execute Change Order NO. 1. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That the total amount of the contract shall be increased by $1,820.00 with this change order <br />to a total of $13,531.70. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby authorizes City Administrator and/or Mayor to sign a release <br />form for this final payment <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />That the City of Ramsey Finance Department is hereby authorized to execute the final pay <br />estimate for the 1991 Crack Filling Program. <br /> <br />6) <br /> <br />That the total amount of this final payment is not included in the bills for the month of July, <br />1991. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Peterson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Hardin <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Beyer <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
