Councilmember Hardin introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #91-07-158 RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE OF CRACK FILLING PROGRAM AND THE 1991 CRACK FILLING PROGRAM WORK ORDER NO. 1 TO THE 1991 FINAL PAY ESTIMATE FOR THE WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey entered into an agreement with Bergman Companies, Inc. of Eau Claire, Wisconsin for the completion of the 1991 Crack Filling Program on April 23rd, 1991; and WHEREAS, the revised contract amount including Change Orders Number 1 is $13,531.70; and WHEREAS, the Contractor has satisfactorily completed the required work for the 1991 Crack Filling Program; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended final payment to Bergman Companies, Inc. for the 1991 Crack Filling Program. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes Change Order No. 1 for the 1991 Crack Filling Program in the amount of $1,820.00. 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes City Administrator to execute Change Order NO. 1. 3) That the total amount of the contract shall be increased by $1,820.00 with this change order to a total of $13,531.70. 4) That the City Council hereby authorizes City Administrator and/or Mayor to sign a release form for this final payment 5) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department is hereby authorized to execute the final pay estimate for the 1991 Crack Filling Program. 6) That the total amount of this final payment is not included in the bills for the month of July, 1991. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Peterson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gilbertson Councilmember Hardin Councilmember Peterson Councilmember Beyer and the following voted against the same: None
