Councilmember Beyer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #91-07-161 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING PETITION FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE <br />EXTENSION OF SANITARY SEWER AND WATER FOR CEDAR HILLS <br />ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has received a petition for a feasibility study to consider the <br />Extension of Sanitary Sewer and Water for Cedar Hills Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be of the correct percentage <br />of lawful signatures of affected property owners; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Administrator has found the petition to be in accord with the City <br />Charter and Minnesota Statutes concerning local improvements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That a certain petition requesting a feasibility study to consider the extension of Sanitary <br />Sewer and Water for Cedar Hills Addition has been filed with the City Council on July 9, <br />1991. The petition is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of affected <br />property owners. This declaration is made in conformity to the City Code of Ramsey <br />Chapter 4.60 and Minnesota Statute Chapter 429. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Peterson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Hardin <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Cich <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br /> <br />the 9th day of July, 1991. <br /> <br />~it~nfi~istrator <br /> <br /> <br />
