Cou ncilmember Hardin introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #91-07-164 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />TO SIGN REIMBURSEMENT APPLICATION FOR <br />EDUCATION OF PEACE OFFICERS <br /> <br />RYAN SCHROEDER <br />THE CONTINUING <br /> <br /> WItEREAS, the Minnesota Board of Peace Officers Standards and Training has <br />forwarded a reimbursement application for peace officer training in the City of Ramsey; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the aforementioned POST Board requires a resolution from the governing <br />body of the City of Ramsey designating an official to sign the application along with the Chief of <br />Police. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />l) <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby appoints City Administrator Ryan <br />Schroeder as a signatory on the reimbursement application for peace officer training. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Cich and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Hardin <br />Counciln~ember Cich <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Beyer <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />Nolte <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />Nolle <br /> <br />and tire following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the 23rd day of July, 1991. ~~/~~::~///~~ <br /> <br />~d~inistrator ' <br /> <br /> <br />
