Councilmember Hardin introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #91-07-173 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />STUDY ON <br />EXTENSION) <br /> <br />RECEIVING A PETITION AND <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />CALLING FOR A FEASIBILITY <br />#91-11 (MCKINLEY STREET <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has received a real property acquisition and municipal street and <br />utility improvement agreement from Anoka 67 Industrial Partnership and Leonard J. Spohn and <br />Lois J. Spohn who are respectively owners of the Ramsey 67 Industrial Park 1st Addition (PIN: <br />35-32-25-21-0001); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, within the agreements mentioned above, the owners are petitioning for <br />certain public improvements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />l) <br /> <br />That a certain petition contained within acquisition agreements dated May 6 and May 24, <br />1991 requests construction of sanitary sewer, water, storm sewer, water lateral, stubs, fire <br />hydrants and street construction accepted by the City Council on July 23, 1991. That <br />petition is hereby declared to be signed by the required affected property owners. This <br />declaration is made in conformity to Ramsey City Ordinance 210.01. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the agreement and petition is hereby referred to Mr. Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, <br />and he is instructed to prepare a feasibility study to the City Council with all convenient <br />speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement <br />is feasible and as to the cost of the project. The City Engineer shall also comment as to <br />whether it should best be done as proposed or in conjunction with some other <br />improvement. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That the above mentioned project shall hereby be referred to as Improvement Project #91- <br />11. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Beyer and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Hardin <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmcmber Cich <br />Councihnember Peterson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />Nonew <br /> <br /> <br />
