WHEREAS, on April 3, 1990 the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission declared the <br />proposed subdivision of Chestnut Hills consistent with the official zoning map and comprehensive <br />plan for the City of Ramsey as part of the subdividers request for Tax Increment Financing; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on May 22, 1990 and approved the preliminary <br />plat for Chestnut Hills as per the City Engineer's review dated May 16, 1990; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 12, 1990 the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #90-06-168 <br />approving the phasing plan for CheStnut Hills, Chestnut Pond, Cedar Hills and Windemere Woods; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on May 31, 1991, the Developer entered into an agreement with the City of <br />Ramsey for Phase I of Chestnut Hills which included tax increment financing to finance Stage I <br />improvements in Chestnut Hills, Windemere Woods and Cedar Hills. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Chestnut Hills in accordance with <br />relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Cich <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Hardin <br />Councilmember Cich <br />Councilmember Beyer <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained; <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Peterson <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the <br /> <br />13th day of August 1991. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />C~ity-Adihimstrator <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #91-08-193 <br />Page of 2 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
