Councilmember Beyer introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #91-09-208 RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF CEDAR HILLS ADDITION WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #90-06-168 on June 12, 1990 approving a Four Phase Plan for Cedar Hills, Windemere Woods, Chestnut Hills and Chestnut Ponds; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on July 10, 1990 and approved the preliminary plat of Cedar Hills Addition as per the City Engineer's review dated June 19, 1990; and WHEREAS, M. G, Astleford Company, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied for plat approval of Phase I of Cedar Hills on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: The Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, and the North 504.50 feet of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval for Phase I of Cedar Hills in accordance with relevant City Codes. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Peterson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gilbertson Councilmember Beyer Councilmember Peterson Councilmember Hardin Councilmember Cich and the following voted against the same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 10th day of September, 1991.
