Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #91-10-226 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING 1991 BUDGET <br />PURPOSE OF ALLOCATING FUNDS DONATED <br />BRANCH <br /> <br />AMENDMENT #3 FOR THE <br />BY THE ANOKA OUTREACH <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City applied for a donation from the Anoka Outreach Branch for park <br />benches to be located at Central Park; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, when the donation was confirmed, the City ordered and has now received <br />two park benches for a purchase price of $379.00 and with the cost of concrete and supplies to <br />install, the City's total expenditure will be $400.00; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, fixed asset numbers 01401-1402 have been assigned for the purpose of <br />identifying the benches as the property of the City of Ramsey and for recording within the City's <br />General Fixed Assets Account Group; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City issued cash receipt//29333 on September 24, 1991 to the Anoka <br />Outreach Branch conf'u'ming receipt of their donation in the amount of $400.00; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City's 1991 budgeted revenue and expenditures should be increased to <br />recognize this donation and expenditure; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this budget amendment does not increase or decrease the City's total 1991 <br />General Fund Budget. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Finance Officer of the City of Ramsey be instructed to enter this Budget <br />Amendment #3 to the City of Ramsey's Financial Systems to cause the following budget <br />amendment to be reflected in the City's financial records: <br /> Increase <br />Account Number: Budget Account Description: (Decrease) <br /> <br />101-36330 Revenue - Contribution $400.00 <br />101-45580-004520 Capital - Parks - other equipment $400.00 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Cich and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof.' <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Cich <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Hardin <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
