Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #91-10-227 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING 1991 <br />PURPOSE OF ALLOCATING FUNDS <br />CERTAIN ELECTION COSTS <br /> <br />BUDGET AMENDMENT #4 FOR THE <br />RECEIVED AS REIMBURSEMENT FOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City applied to Anoka County for reimbursement of costs incurred for <br />the County Commissioner Special Election held March 12 of this year; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City incurred personal service and supply costs for which <br />reimbursement has been received in the amount of $3,433.00; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City's 1991 budgeted revenue and expenditures should be increased to <br />recognize this reimbursement and expenditure; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this budget amendment does not increase or decrease the City's total 1991 <br />General Fund Budget. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Finance Officer of the City of Ramsey be instructed to enter this Budget <br />Amendment #4 to the City of Ramsey's Financial Systems to cause the following budget <br />amendment to be reflected in the City's financial records: <br />Increase <br />Account Number: Budget Account Description: CDecrease3 <br /> <br />101-33699 <br />101-41XXX-001141 <br /> <br />Revenue -Special Election <br />Election Personal Services Expend. <br /> <br />$3,433.00 <br />$3,433.00 <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Cich and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Peterson <br />Councilmember Cich <br />Councilemmber Beyer <br />Councilmember Hardin <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
