Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption RESOLUTION #91-10-227 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING 1991 PURPOSE OF ALLOCATING FUNDS CERTAIN ELECTION COSTS BUDGET AMENDMENT #4 FOR THE RECEIVED AS REIMBURSEMENT FOR WHEREAS, the City applied to Anoka County for reimbursement of costs incurred for the County Commissioner Special Election held March 12 of this year; and WHEREAS, the City incurred personal service and supply costs for which reimbursement has been received in the amount of $3,433.00; and WHEREAS, the City's 1991 budgeted revenue and expenditures should be increased to recognize this reimbursement and expenditure; and WHEREAS, this budget amendment does not increase or decrease the City's total 1991 General Fund Budget. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Finance Officer of the City of Ramsey be instructed to enter this Budget Amendment #4 to the City of Ramsey's Financial Systems to cause the following budget amendment to be reflected in the City's financial records: Increase Account Number: Budget Account Description: CDecrease3 101-33699 101-41XXX-001141 Revenue -Special Election Election Personal Services Expend. $3,433.00 $3,433.00 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Cich and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gilbertson Councilmember Peterson Councilmember Cich Councilemmber Beyer Councilmember Hardin and the following voted against same: None and the following abstained: None and the following were absent: None
