Councilmember Peterson introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #91-10-229 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES AND CHARGES FOR PROCESSING COSTS <br />RAMSEY CITY CODE CHAPTER 9 - VACATION OF AN EASEMENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Code Chapter 9, Section 9.03.02 (Processing Costs), Subdivision 1. (Costs) <br />states that all processing costs incurred by the City shall be paid by the applicant, and these costs shall include <br />but not be limited to: <br /> <br />bo <br /> <br />Professional consulting services as directed by the Zoning Administrator, the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission md/or the City Council <br />Copying charges <br />City Staffinvolvement <br />Public hearing publications <br />Written notice to adjacent property owners, or <br />Any other cost necessary to process the applicant's request. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, at the regular Council meeting of September 24, 1991, Resolution g91-09-217 <br />was adopted setting fees and charges for processing costs of Ramsey City Code Chapter 9 land use activities; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Vacation of an Easement was omitted from the listing of land use activities; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it was the direction of Council to establish a fee and escrow mount for all activities <br />within Ramsey City Code Chapter 9; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Council directed that the Processing Cost Fees and Charges contained herein become <br />effective for applications received on or after Wednesday, September 25, 1991. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That fee and escrow mounts for Vacation of an Easement shall be charged as follows: <br /> <br />Non-refundable <br />Application Fee <br /> <br />Minimum Escrow <br /> <br />Vacation of an Easement <br /> <br />$50.00 $5O0.0O <br /> <br />2) That the rates for charging other processing costs shall be chargedas follows: <br /> <br />a.
