Councilmember Cich introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #91-10-236 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF THE HUNTER'S <br />RIDGE P.U.D. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Irv Can:, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied for plat <br />approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />The Southeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota <br /> <br />- and - <br /> <br />The Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 8, Township 32, <br />Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on October 12, 1989, the City received application and sketch plan <br />from ltv Can' for Carr Addition P.U.D.; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Park and Recreation Commission met on October 12, 1989 <br />and November 9, 1989 and recommended that land or combination of land and cash be used to <br />satisfy park dedication requirements; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on November 6, 1989, <br />and conducted a public hearing on Carr Addition P.U.D. and on December 4, 1989 recommended <br />preliminary plat approval of Carr Addition P.U.D.; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council met on December 19, 1989 and approved the <br />preliminary plat for Can' Addition P.U.D. as per the City Engineer's review dated October 31, <br />1989, Park and Recreation Commission recommendations dated October 12 and November 9, <br />1989, returning the P.U.D. to Planning and Zoning Commission for a pre-final plat review; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in April, 1990, the developer filed for final plat approval and changed the <br />name of the proposed plat from Carr Addition to Hunter's Ridge P.U.D.; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning conducted a pre-final plat review on May 7, 1991 <br />and recommended final plat approval of Hunter's Ridge P.U.D.; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 11,1991, the Ramsey city Council granted final plat approval to <br />Hunter's Ridge P.U.D.; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 13, 1991, at the request of Irv Can' and Gerald Bauer, the City <br />granted a revised preliminary plat approval of Hunter's Ridge for a revision to street alignment; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on September 10, 1991, Gerald Bauer assumed the role as developer of <br />Hunter's Ridge P.U.D.; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on October 8, 1991, the City Council rescinded Resolution g91-06-139 <br />granting final plat approval to Hunter's Ridge P.U.D. <br /> <br /> <br />
