Councilmember Hardin introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #91-10-238 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CYSTIC FIBROSIS FOUNDATION'S <br />RENEWAL APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES PERMIT FOR GAMBLING AT <br />J.R.'S SALOON AND FOOD <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation has applied for renewal of their premises <br />permit for gambling at l.R.'s Saloon and Food, 6141 Highway #10; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the application is for a Class A permit which includes pull-tabs, <br />tipboards, paddlewheels, raffles and bingo; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Gambling Control Division of the Department of Gaming requires <br />that the City Council adopt a resolution specifically approving or denying the application. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF <br />follows: <br /> <br />COUNCIL OF THE <br />MINNNESOTA, as <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves the premises permit renewal application <br />of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation for gambling at J.R.'s Saloon and Food, 6141 Highway <br />#10. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Cich and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Hardin <br />Councilmember Cich <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Peterson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 22nd day of October, 1991. <br /> <br /> <br />
