Councilmember Hardin introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #91-10-239 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL <br />COMPANY FOR IMPROVEMENT <br />TO RIVER'S BEND PARK) <br /> <br />PAYMENT TO ALLIED BLACKTOP <br />PROJECT 6'90-29 (IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project by <br />adoption of Resolution g91-05-102 on May 14, 1991; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved awarding of the <br />bid to Allied Blacktop Company for the improvements to River's Bend Park; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Merland Otto of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. recommends <br />final payment to Allied Blacktop Company in the amount of $1,846.50. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to Allied Blacktop Company <br />for the improvements to River's Bend Park in the amount of $1,846.50. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the <br />release form for this final payment. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That the total amount of this f'mal payment is not included in Resolution 91-10-237 <br />approving payment of bills for the period October 1, 1991 through October 11, <br />1991. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />That this project is funded from 1990 Community Development Block Grant <br />(CDBG) funds. <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this <br />resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Cich and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gilbertson <br />Councilmember Hardin <br />Councilmember Cich <br />Councilmember Beyer <br />Councilmember Peterson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
