D[ir.E <br />St. Paul, MN. 55109 <br />Abatement Notice of Hazardous Property Conditions <br />RE: Hazardous Home atlS740 Ramsey Blvd. Ramsey, MIN. 55303(MDttl5-32-25-33-0002) <br />Dear Ms. Lemke, <br />The property you own located at1574ORamsey Blvd. NW, Ramsey, MINI 553CBhas become so <br />deteriorated that it has become a hazard and is now deemed an unsafe structure. Over several years, <br />the City has made attempts towork with you to bring the property up to compliance to no avail. <br />Currently, the property sits missing a portion of the shingling, multiple windows and unsecured. There <br />is significant interior and exterior damage, no power or running water, and appears that the roof may <br />collapse over the garage. Multiple Administrative Citations have been issued, warnings posted and <br />mai|ed,phonecaUsandemaUsexchanged,asweUinpersonmeetingsvvithyourdesignatedpartner, <br />Steve Scherrer. <br />We have received multiple complaints as well as numerous police calls to the property for suspicious <br />activity, trespassing, open door etc. with no corrective actions being completed.
