Over several years, the City has made attempts towork with you to bring the property up to compliance to no avail. Currently, the property sits missing a portion of the shingling, multiple windows and unsecured. There is significant interior and exterior damage, no power or running water, and appears that the roof may collapse over the garage. Multiple Administrative Citations have been issued, warnings posted and mai|ed,phonecaUsandemaUsexchanged,asweUinpersonmeetingsvvithyourdesignatedpartner, Steve Scherrer. We have received multiple complaints as well as numerous police calls to the property for suspicious activity, trespassing, open door etc. with no corrective actions being completed. Although several attempts have been made, the property has become even more damaged and deteriorated.
