Legal Description of West Access Easement Property. "Exhibit A" attached to the <br />Declaration is hereby deleted and replaced with Exhibit A attached hereto, with the same force <br />and effect as if originally attached to the Declaration. <br />9. Legal Description of Storm Sewer Easement Property. "Exhibit U attached to the <br />Declaration is hereby deleted and replaced with Exhibit C attached hereto, with the same force <br />and effect as if originally attached to the Declaration. <br />10. Governing Law. This Amendment shall be construed and interpreted in <br />accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota. <br />11. Counterpart Originals. This Amendment may be executed in one or more <br />counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be a duplicate original, but all of which, taken <br />together, shall constitute a single instrument.
