The west Access Easement, the East Access Easement, and the Storm Sever Easement are referred to in this Declaration, individually, as an "Easement," and, collectively, as the "Easements." P_ Rights of owners of Burdened Dots. The Owner of a Lot an Easement burdens may use the Owner's Lot in all ways that do not unreasonably interfere with the rights granted under Easements and has the right to grant additional non-exclusive easements to third parties. . Payment of Maintenance Costs. A. Owners must pay all amounts due pursuant to a Parent Request to the Owner submitting the Payment Request within thirty days after delivery of the Payment Request to the Owner. B. Records.
