The <br />notice of document availability will be published in the EQB Monitor on August 1, 2023. <br />The Haviland Fields development is located on an approximately 35-acre site at 14501 Nowthen Blvd <br />NW, Ramsey MN. The proposed project will include 22 townhouse units and 3 multifamily residential <br />buildings with 476 total units.
