It is also intended to work in <br />tandem with the regulations set forth from the local watershed management organization. Nothing in <br />this chapter is intended to preclude or supersede any requirements in those Codes or regulations. <br />104 Rules of Construction and Interpretation <br />(A) t,onflicting conditions. Where the conditions imposed by any provision of this chapter are either <br />more or less restrictive than comparable conditions by another provision of this chapter or by other <br />chapters of this Code, rule or regulation of the City, the provision which imposes the more restrictive <br />condition, standard, or requirement shall prevail. <br />(B) Language rules of construction. The language set forth in the text of this chapter shall be interpreted <br />in accordance with the following rules of construction: <br />(1) All measured distances expressed in feet shall be the nearest tenth of a foot. All distances <br />unless otherwise specified shall be measured horizontally. <br />Page 1 of 160 <br />
