Having the meaning given under Minnesota Rules chapter 6120. <br />Lot (Shoreland) means a parcel of land designated by plat, metes and bounds, registered land survey, <br />auditors plot, or other accepted means and separated from other parcels or portions by said <br />description for the purpose of sale, lease, or separation. <br />Lot line means a property boundary line of any lot held in single or separate ownership; except that where <br />any portion of the lot extends into the abutting street or alley, the lot line shall be deemed to be <br />the street or alley right-of-way. <br />Lot of record means any lot which individually, or as part of a subdivision, was a separate parcel of record <br />on April 28, 1972. <br />Lot, depth of, means a mean horizontal distance between the front and rear lot lines measured in the <br />mean direction of the side lot lines. <br />Lot, frontage, means the front of a lot shall be, for purposes of complying with this Code, that boundary <br />abutting a public right-of-way having the least width. <br />Lot, interior, means a lot, other than a corner lot, including through lots. <br />Lot width means the uniform width measured at the property line abutting the street at the minimum <br />building setback line of the underlying zoning district. In the case of a lot abutting a cul-de-sac, the <br />lot width is the width measured at right angles to the depth at the building setback requirement. <br />Lot width (MRCCA and Shoreland). The shortest distance between lot lines measured at both the ordinary <br />high water level and at the required structure setback from the ordinary high water level.
