Lot (Shoreland) means a parcel of land designated by plat, metes and bounds, registered land survey, auditors plot, or other accepted means and separated from other parcels or portions by said description for the purpose of sale, lease, or separation. Lot line means a property boundary line of any lot held in single or separate ownership; except that where any portion of the lot extends into the abutting street or alley, the lot line shall be deemed to be the street or alley right-of-way. Lot of record means any lot which individually, or as part of a subdivision, was a separate parcel of record on April 28, 1972. Lot, depth of, means a mean horizontal distance between the front and rear lot lines measured in the mean direction of the side lot lines. Lot, frontage, means the front of a lot shall be, for purposes of complying with this Code, that boundary abutting a public right-of-way having the least width. Lot, interior, means a lot, other than a corner lot, including through lots. Lot width means the uniform width measured at the property line abutting the street at the minimum building setback line of the underlying zoning district. In the case of a lot abutting a cul-de-sac, the lot width is the width measured at right angles to the depth at the building setback requirement. Lot width (MRCCA and Shoreland).
