Corner Lot <br />1 <br />2 Zoning administrator means the community development department. <br />3 Zoning district means an area within the limits of the city for which the regulations and requirements <br />4 governing use are uniform. <br />5 Zoning district, overlay, means a zoning district containing regulations superimposed upon other zoning <br />6 district regulations and may supersede the underlying zoning district if more restrictive than the <br />7 underlying zoning district regulations. <br />8 Zoning district, underlying, means all zoning districts except overlay zoning districts. <br />9 Zoning map means the map incorporated into this chapter as a part thereof, designating the zoning <br />10 districts. <br />11 Zoning Code means the zoning ordinance of the city, as amended from time to time by the City. <br />12 <br />13 106 Applicability and Compliance <br />14 From and after the effective date of the ordinance from which this chapter is derived, the use of all land <br />15 and every building or portion of a building erected, altered in height and area, added to, or relocated, and <br />16 every use within a building, or use accessory thereto, in the city shall be in conformity with the provisions <br />17 of this chapter and after the lawful issuance of all required permits. <br />18 <br />19 110Administration <br />20 �ectioris 111-140 establish the administration and enforcement powers of this chapter. <br />21 <br />22 111 Zoning Administrator <br />23 The zoning administrator shall: <br />24 (A) Administer and enforce the provisions of this chapter in accordance with its literal terms and shall <br />25 not have the power to permit any construction or any use or change of use which does not conform <br />26 to this chapter; <br />27 (6) Maintain the official zoning map; <br />28 (C) Maintain a permanent file of all zoning applications as public records. <br />29 <br />30 120 Official Zoning Map <br />31 The boundaries of the zoning districts and overlay districts are delineated <br />32 on the official zoning map, which is adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this chapter. <br />Page 24 of 160 <br />
