Only closed loop ground source heat pump systems utilizing heat transfer <br />fluids are permitted. Open loop ground source heat pump systems are not permitted. <br />(6) Setbacks. <br />(1) All components of ground source heat pump systems including pumps, borings, and loops <br />shall be set back at least five feet from any property boundary. <br />(2) Above ground equipment associated with the ground source heat pump system shall meet all <br />required accessory structure setbacks for the applicable zoning district. <br />(3) The loop field of a ground source heat pump system shall be no closer than five feet from the <br />water main line. <br />Lj <br />+r:461 n^cenqent. <br />(C) Abandonment. T"n owner shall remove the abandoned system at their expense, after demolition <br />vnrr�i� "-c "nnr► Aht_:48Mngj irerdanen With AnniirA"ln rn�nc <br />334 Exterior Solid Fuel -Fired Heating Devices <br />(A) Exterior solid fuel -fired heating devices shall be located at least 75 feet from any property line and <br />shall not be located in the front yard. <br />(6) The following materials shall not be used or burned in exterior solid fuel -fired heating devices: grass, <br />leaves, oils, rubber, plastics, tires, railroad ties, construction debris, and painted or chemically <br />treated materials such as treated lumber, composite shingles, tar paper, insulation composition <br />board, sheetrock, wiring, paint, and hazardous and industrial solid waste. <br />335 Incinerators <br />Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this chapter, no burning of solid waste, hazardous waste, <br />medical waste, or special waste by use of an incinerator or hazardous waste incinerator shall be allowed <br />within the city either as a permitted use or conditional use. <br />336 Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Stations <br />(A) A property owner may install EV charging stations in a parking space in a parking lot or structure <br />available to the public for free or for a fee. <br />(B) Parking spaces used for EV charging may be signed as restricted for electric vehicles. <br />(C) Parking spaces used for EV charging will count towards the overall required number of spaces listed <br />elsewhere in this chapter. <br />340 Personal Use Heliports <br />(A) General rule.
