This process flushes iron
deposits that may have settled to the bottom of the pipes
out of the system. Flushing is necessary for water quality
and will disturb the City's water system. Water may be
discolored by iron, but it is fit for human consumption.
However, discolored water may stain light-colored clothing
being washed. To alleviate this problem, you may want to
fill your washer with water and check on its clarity before
adding your clothes. We appreciate your patience and regret
any inconvenience that this may cause.
If you have any questions regarding water main flushing,
please contact Utility Supervisor John Nelson at 763-433-
9861 or jnelson@cityoframsevcom.
Anoka Haunted House
The Anoka Knights of Columbus
is hosting their 35th Annual Haunted
House at the Anoka Fairgrounds.
