1 Lot(MRCCA). Having the meaning given under Minnesota Rules chapter 6120. <br /> 2 Lot (Shoreland) means a parcel of land designated by plat, metes and bounds, registered land survey, <br /> 3 auditors plot, or other accepted means and separated from other parcels or portions by said <br /> 4 description for the purpose of sale, lease, or separation. <br /> 5 Lot line means a property boundary line of any lot held in single or separate ownership;except that where <br /> 6 any portion of the lot extends into the abutting street or alley, the lot line shall be deemed to be <br /> 7 the street or alley right-of-way. <br /> 8 Lot of record means any lot which individually, or as part of a subdivision,was a separate parcel of record <br /> 9 on April 28, 1972. <br /> 10 Lot, depth of, means a mean horizontal distance between the front and rear lot lines measured in the <br /> 11 mean direction of the side lot lines. <br /> 12 Lot,frontage, means the front of a lot shall be, for purposes of complying with this Code,that boundary <br /> 13 abutting a public right-of-way having the least width. <br /> 14 Lot, interior, means a lot, other than a corner lot, including through lots. <br /> 15 Lot width means the uniform width measured at the property line abutting the street at the minimum <br /> 16 building setback line of the underlying zoning district. In the case of a lot abutting a cul-de-sac,the <br /> 17 lot width is the width measured at right angles to the depth at the building setback requirement. <br /> 18 Lot width (MRCCA and Shoreland).
