INTRODUCTION: The City of Ramsey (City) is requesting proposals for the cleaning and televising and delivery of televising reports for four(4) 2024 projects including; 1. IP 24-01 Barthel's Rum River Acres & White Pine Estates Street Reconstruction a. Two subdivisions located generally between St Francis Blvd (TH47) and the Rum River, between 164th Ave & 169th Ave. The storm sewer is part of White Pine Estates, at the south end of the Helium St cul-de-sac South of Iodine St. b. Scope of work includes: i. Clean& Televise 150 lineal feet of storm sewer per attached exhibits ii. Properly dispose of any materials iii. Provide the City with a video of the televised lines iv. Provide the City with a report of the televised lines, including descriptions of the pipe and any defects 2. IP 24-05 MSA Xkimo Street Reconstruction a. Xkimo Street between St Francis Blvd (TH47) & 142nd Ave, as well as three cul- de-sacs—Xkimo Ct, 143rd Ln, and 143rd Ave. b. Scope of work includes: i. Clean& Televise 1,840 lineal feet of storm sewer per attached exhibits ii. Clean& Televise 3,010 lineal feet of sanitary sewer per attached exhibits iii. Properly dispose of any materials iv. Provide the City with a video of the televised lines v. Provide the City with a report of the televised lines, including descriptions of the pipe and any defects 3. IP 24-12 Juniper Woods 1"— 3rd Street Reconstruction a. Subdivision located generally East of Waco St & South of Alpine Dr. b. Scope of work includes: i. Clean& Televise 2,170 lineal feet of storm sewer per attached exhibit ii. Clean& Televise 3,870 lineal feet of sanitary sewer per attached exhibit iii. Properly dispose of any materials iv. Provide the City with a video of the televised lines v. Provide the City with a report of the televised lines, including descriptions of the pipe and any defects 2
