Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION#23-253 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING SEWER CLEANING & TELEVISING PROPOSALS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #24-13, FOX RIDGE ESTATES 1ST & 2ND STREET RECONSTRUCTIONS WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey proposes to reconstruct the streets within the Fox Ridge Estates 1 St&2nd subdivision as identified within the 2023 —2032 10-Year Capital Improvement Program; and WHEREAS, televising of storm sewers is required to accurately evaluate the condition of below ground municipal utilities; and WHEREAS, request for proposals were submitted to six (6) firms for the purpose of obtaining proposals for completing the proposed cleaning and televising services; and WHEREAS,the one(1) cleaning and televising proposal received is tabulated below; and Project H dro-Klean, LLC Proposal IP 24-13 Fox Ridge Estates 1 St &2nd $101048.75 WHEREAS,the proposal of Hydro-Klean, LLC in the amount of$10,048.75 for the televising of Fox Ridge Estates 1 St & 2nd, for said services in accordance with the prepared proposal is the lowest responsible proposal and their proposal shall be and hereby is accepted. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1) The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Hydro-Klean, LLC for said cleaning and televising services for and on behalf of the City of Ramsey. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 1 Oth day of October, 2023.
