Dwelling units are allowed as an accessory use in conjunction with the following <br /> 7 uses in the applicable manner: <br /> 8 (1) Religious institution—As a residence for clergy. <br /> 9 (2) Post-Secondary Schools,Trade Schools, Colleges,and Universities—As residence halls for <br /> 10 students and staff. <br /> 11 (3) Public and Private Recreation Facilities—As a residence for on-site staff. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 830 Bulk Standards <br /> 14 Due to the specialized nature of each of the uses and buildings, no bulk standards shall exist. All <br /> 24 proposed structures shall consider surrounding property uses in a respectful and intentional manner. <br /> 25 Building design shall not be of lesser quality of design as set forth in other sections of this chapter and <br /> 26 surrounding properties. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 <br /> 29 900 Overlay Districts <br /> 30 in addition to the various zoning districts described in this chapter, an overlay zoning district may be <br /> 31 applied based on the unique characteristics of an area or as required by state- and federally-designated <br /> 32 areas. The underlying zoning district may have further regulations based on the overlay district and the <br /> 33 more restrictive regulation prevails. The following overlay districts (MRCCA, GF, FW, FF, SMO, SRP, TO, <br /> 34 H10S, and WPO) are hereby established according their purpose and the intent of the Comprehensive <br /> 35 Plan.
