1 (D) Compliance.The use of any land within the Scenic River Land Use District;the size and shape of lots; 2 the use and location of structures on lots; the installation and maintenance of water supply and 3 waste disposal facilities;the filling, grading, lagooning, or dredging of any river area; the cutting of 4 vegetation or alteration of the natural topography within the district; and the subdivision of land 5 shall be in full compliance with the terms of this subdivision and other applicable regulations. 6 Permits from the zoning authority are required by this Code,for the construction of buildings,public 7 or private water supply and sewage treatment systems, the grading and filling of the natural 8 topography,and erection of signs within the Scenic River Land Use District of the Rum River. 9 10 952 District Application 11 (A) The Scenic River Land Use District of the Rum River, within the city, is divided into two areas:The 12 t in the- along the line between the North 13 and South half of Section 19, Township 32, Range 24. ef h,s ,-hap+^r South of that line shall be 14 classified as an urban district a-Fe-a; and tch-e-re,n^a�^^�^r ^�+�,^ Seen;e Q;veF Land Use District within 15 north of that line shall be classified as a rural district area. 16 (B) The Scenic River Land Use District shall be shown on the official zoning map, as shall the urban and 17 rural area portions of the district contained therein. 18 (C) The provisions of Minn. Rules pts. 6105.0010-6105.0250 shall apply within the Scenic River Land 19 Use District, as specified in the Minn. Rules pts. 6105.1400-6105.1500. Where the provisions of 20 this Code are in conflict with Minn. Rules pts. 6105.1400-6105.1500,the provisions of Minn. Rules 21 pts. 6105.1400-6105.1500 shall apply. Copies of Minn. Rules pts. 6105.0010-6105.0250 and 22 6105.1400-6105.1500 shall be kept on file in the office of the administrator. 23 24 953 Scenic River Protection Overlay District Uses 25 (A) Urban area. The urban area of the Scenic River Land Use District is designated the Urban Area 26 Overlay District. 27 (1) Permitted uses are all permitted uses allowed and regulated by the applicable zoning district 28 underlying the urban area overlay district, as indicated on the official zoning map of the city, 29 except that public roads, utility crossings,and all private and commercial recreation uses shall 30 be conditional uses. 31 (2) Conditional uses are all conditional uses and applicable attached conditions allowed and 32 regulated by the applicable zoning district underlying the urban area overlay district, as 33 indicated on the official zoning map of the city. 34 (B) Rural areas. The uses allowed within the rural area of the Rum River Scenic Land Use District shall 35 be those prescribed for a Scenic River Minn. Rules pt. 6105.0100 as follows: Scenic River (1) Governmental campgrounds, subject to management plan specifications and the P* provisions of section 117-261(g). * (2) Private campgrounds, subject to management plan specifications and the provisions of C** section 959(G). (3) Public accesses, road access type with boat launching facilities subject to management P plan specifications and the provisions of section 959(G). (4) Public accesses, trail access type, subject to management plan specifications and the P provisions of section 959(G). (5) Temporary docks. C (6) Other governmental open space recreational uses, subject to management plan P specifications and the provisions of section 117-261(g). Page 151 of 160
