(See section 958(A).) <br /> 17 <br /> 18 955 Sanitary Provisions;Sewage Disposal and Water Supply <br /> 19 Any premises intended for human occupancy must provide for an adequate method of sewage <br /> 20 treatment. Public or municipal collection and treatment facilities must be used where available and <br /> 21 feasible.Where public or municipal facilities are not available,all on-site individual sewer treatment <br /> 22 systems shall conform to the minimum standards and administration procedures set forth in other <br /> 23 applicable city regulations and the minimum standards of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency <br /> 24 (Minn. Rules ch. 7080) and section 954. <br /> 25 (B) No person, firm, or corporation shall install, alter, repair, or extend any individual sewer disposal <br /> 26 system or private well without first obtaining a permit for such action from the zoning authority for <br /> Page 153 of 160 <br />
