From public rights-of-way—20 feet <br /> 18 b. Side and rear property lines—5 feet <br /> 19 C. Side or rear adjacent to a residential zone—35 feet. <br /> 20 (3) Vehicle sales and rental inventory and display lots must follow these design requirements. <br /> 21 (4) Structured Parking. <br /> 22 a. Structured parking facilities shall be considered buildings for the purposes of setbacks. <br /> 23 b. Structures must be designed architecturally compatible with the building it is intended <br /> 24 to serve.
