Mr. Kapp replied GE Leasing. <br /> <br />Commissioner Jensen inquired as to how long the trailer has been on the site and how long they <br />are proposing to keep it there. <br /> <br />Mr. Kapp explained that the trailer was placed on the property in 1997 and the owners have a <br />lease agreement with GE Leasing through 2003. <br /> <br />Commissioner Jensen questioned if Mr. Kapp knew what the ultimate goal of the business <br />owners is at this time. <br /> <br />Mr. Kapp replied no. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Johnson, seconded by Commissioner Kociscak, to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Anderson, Commissioners Johnson, Kociscak, <br />Dempsey, Jensen, Nixt, and Wivoda. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />The public hearing closed at 6:10 p.m. <br /> <br />Commission Business <br /> <br />Chairperson Anderson called the regular meeting of the Planning Commission back to order at <br />6:10 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Johnson, seconded by Commissioner Jensen, to continue the request <br />by Transwest, Inc. for an interim use permit for the utilization of a temporary office structure to <br />the March Planning Commission meeting, requesting that the business owners be in attendance <br />at the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Anderson, Commissioners Johnson, Jensen, <br />Dempsey, Kociscak, Nixt, and Wivoda.
