Live. Work. Play. <br /> <br /> SEYi <br /> RAMSEY CROSSINGS <br />REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) <br />By James E. Norman <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City Council authorized the issuance of Request for Proposals (RFP) to seek out a <br />master developer for the Ramsey Crossings Project in March 2006. The RFP's were sent <br />out the following week and proposals were to be submitted to the City by March 5, 2006. <br /> <br />Three proposals were received for the Ramsey Crossings Project from Ryan Companies, <br />Robert Muir Company, and Shingobee Builders. Staff has been in the process of <br />reviewing the three proposals and will hold proposal interviews with all three developers <br />the week of May 28, 2006. A summary of the three proposals are attached to this topic <br />report. <br /> <br />Staff and Project Manager Jim Lasher of LSA Design will provide a brief summary of the <br />various proposals during the Town Center Work Session. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff and consultants are expected to make a recommendation for selection of a master <br />developer on June 13, 2006. <br /> <br />Action Statement: <br /> <br />Staff and consultants will review the proposals with City Council. <br />Reviewed by: <br /> <br />City Administrator I <br /> <br />RTCWS: 05/30/06 <br /> <br /> <br />
