DRAFT <br /> <br />9.20.XX B-3 Business District <br /> <br /> Subdivision 1. Intent. The purpose of the B-3 Business District is to <br />provide large-scale commercial development, including retail, entertainment, restaurant, <br />and other complementary commercial uses· Such development typically requires large <br />sites and is not usually found in shopping center structures. The District is intended to <br />provide a range of commercial d~stinations in an environment that is functional for both <br />pedestrians and automobiles, complete with high-quality building design, materials, and <br />landscaping. <br /> <br /> Subd. 2. Master Site Plan Required. A Master S~P'ihn is required for the <br />entire zoning district prior to approval of any individual bmld~gs within the District. <br /> <br /> Subd. 3. Process.
