An advertisement was placed in the Anoka County Union, Ramsey Resident <br />Newsletter, and on Cable TV in March soliciting letters of application to fill the vacancy on the <br />Commission. The deadline for receiving such letter was Monday, March 19, 1990. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />One application was received and is enclosed for your review. Applicant Bradley Thorud has <br />been notified by letter requesting thai his presence at the April 3, 1990 meeting at 7:00 p.m. to <br />mee! with members of the Planning & Zoning Commission.
