The existing and proposed zoning of the <br />property is B-1 Business. Auto Sales is a permissible land use in a B-1 District. The building will <br />be located on Lot 2, Block 1, Riverside West Addition. The P.I.N. is 34-32-25-13-0003. The <br />street address for the proposed site plan is 6750 Riverdale Drive N.W.
