The existing and proposed zoning is R-1R Rural Residential District. The property <br />is generally located in the West Half of the East Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 8, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota and that part of the Northeast Quarter of the <br />Northeast Quarter of Section 17, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota lying <br />northeasterly of Anoka County Highway right-of-way Plat #33 (County Road 83). The P.I.N.'s <br />are 08-32-25-41-0002 and 17-32-25-11-0001.
