CASE #1 <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL OF CHESTNUT POND <br />ADDITION; CASE OF GOOD VALUE HOMES, INC. <br /> By: Acting Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On June 28, 1990, the Community Development Office received a telephone call from Mr. John <br />Peterson of Good Value Homes, Inc. indicating that he was unable to meet the time frame <br />deadlines to have the preliminary plat of Chestnut Pond Addition addressed on the July 3, 1990 <br />Planning and Zoning Commission agenda. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />The public hearing on this subject had been scheduled and advertised for July 3, 1990. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City staff recommends conducting the public hearing and rather than adjourning, continue it until <br />the regular meeting in August.
