CASE #1: <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR SITE PLAN REVIEW; CASE OF RAMSEY INVESTMENTS <br /> By: Acting Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Dennis Sharp of Ramsey Investments is requesting site plan review to construct an industrial <br />building on Lot 1, Block 1, Ramsey 67 Industrial Park. The development is proposed in 3 phases; <br />Phase I would consist of approximately 20,000 square feet and Phases II and III would provide an <br />additional 28,000 square feet.
