Attached is a <br />copy of the proposed rezoning by the Economic Development Commission for the property located <br />south of County Road #116 and east of Sunfish Lake Boulevard N.W. This zoning proposal has <br />been changed to allow adult uses to maintain the minimum 2.2% available area for adult uses. <br /> <br />The Economic Development Commission would also propose that the area west of Sunfish Lake <br />Boulevard N.W. be zoned to include manufacturing. This area is proposed to be a B-W <br />(Business-Warehouse) District in the current proposal. A zoning of B-W would not currently <br />allow manufacturing in this area. <br /> <br />The Economic Development Commission members will be available at the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission meeting on October 22, 1990 to answer any questions concerning this proposal. <br /> <br />Ramsey Economic Development Commission <br /> <br />KW:CCR <br />Enc. <br /> <br /> <br />
